Solid.Translate – automatic AI translation for WordPress

Solid.Translate makes it easy to offer your website in multiple languages – without having to translate every page manually.

The plugin uses OpenAI to automatically translate pages, posts, news and public custom post types. Once a translation has been created, it is stored locally in WordPress so the page loads quickly without new API calls every time.

Solid.Translate creates separate language versions with clean URLs, such as /en/, making it easy for visitors to switch between the original language and the translated version.

With Preload the plugin can also translate content in advance in the background. That way, the English version is ready before the first visitor opens the page.

You get automatic translation, local caching, a language switcher, support for pages and posts, custom post types, pre-translation of existing content and an automatic queue for new or updated pages.

The plugin is particularly well suited for businesses that want a multilingual WordPress site without building and maintaining two separate websites.
