What data do we process?

We may process information you submit through contact forms, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, website and the content of your enquiry. In addition, necessary technical data may be processed for security and operation. Analytics data is processed only when you have consented to analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, safeguard security and operation, comply with statutory requirements and – when you consent – analyse how the website is used. Processing may be based on a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, depending on the purpose.

Cookies and similar technology

Necessary cookies are used without consent when they are required for functionality, security or to remember your privacy choices. Optional categories are activated only after consent.

Google Analytics

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may be used for aggregated traffic statistics. Analytics is not loaded until consent has been given. If you withdraw your consent, the website also attempts to remove known analytics cookies from your browser.

Storage and deletion

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we are legally required to do so. Anonymous consent logs are retained for a limited period to document your privacy choices.

Your rights

You may, among other things, request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability when the relevant conditions are met. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that has already taken place.
